② Quality system：
An overall quality management system was first introduced to the enterprise in the early 1980s. In 1991, GB/T10300 “Quality Management and Quality Assurance” was implemented. ISO9002:1994 quality management system was get into use in 1998 and the company was passed the certification by CCMQS in 1999. In March 2002, the system was audited again by CCMQS. WTB was certified by the new ISO9001:2000 by China United Certification Center (CUC) in Feb, 2004 and certified by GJB9001A-2001 by XQC in Sep. 2006. In April, 2003, WTB passed the qualification of the standards of M-1003 Quality Management System by Association of American Railroads（AAR）. In Nov. 2001, WTB was certified by the quality management system of HITACHI. In 2003, the company was awarded “Best Supplier” by TOSHIBA. In Oct. 2006, WTB was certified by the quality management system of Mitsubishi. In Dec. 2007, WTB was sited as a sharing supplier of infrastructure in China by GE. In Apr. 2008, WTB was awarded “Pioneer Supplier” by SIEMENS. Meanwhile, WTB passed the products and quality management system qualification by TOSHIBA, ALSTOM and some other foreign companies.
③ Future Prospect
The company is standing on a new start with more severe competition for the market since the market is entering the time of quality competition. In the future four years, WTB will keep a higher level of production capacity and a new market of blades for combined cycle system units, gas turbine compressors and nuclear power units is going to be formed. Depending on the advanced technology and production process and focusing the quality and service for the competition of the future market, WTB will surely surpass its competitors in quality and efficiency survive and develop in the new era.
In view of the market and products, we must keep a higher market share in the large blade for conventional units in order to keep the present market structure。At the same time, we will endeavor to become the largest supplier of blades for combined cycle system units, nuclear power units for high precision blades and gas turbine compressor blades. The market share of the products should be over 50%.
Concerning the equipment and technical innovation, we will carry on the investment project of 2 billion RMB including the import a number of 5-axis CNC machining center etc. The process and technology should be at leading position of the turbine companies, while the quality must meet world advanced level. We will realize the informatization and modernization of enterprise management initially and strengthen mechanization and automation. The great effort will be paid to establish a professional blade company with first-class equipment, manufacturing process and technology as well as modern management in China.
