    WTB’s business is gradually extending to aviation, aerospace, petroleum, petrochemicals, railways, machinery, military industry and other industries. The materials used cover from normal stainless steel for turbine blades to titanium alloy, super alloy and other special property steel which all can meet the requirements of GB/T、ASTM、AMS、JIS.
    Stainless steel has been widely used for rotating and stationary blades of last three stages of low-pressure cylinder of steam turbines, bar milled small blades, gas turbine compressor blades and so on...
    Titanium alloy (TC4、TC11、TC21、TA19) is widely used for turbine blades, blades for combined-cycle unit, aerospace fan blades, aviation casing, aerospace pressure cylinders and so on.
    Super alloy ( GH738、GH4169、GH4033、GH4826) is widely used in the area of petroleum, petrochemical, military, aviation and aerospace products.
    WTB is fully equipped with inspection equipment and instruments: universal tensile testing machine, high-temperature creep and rupture testing machine, pendulum impact testing machine, room temperature electronic universal testing machine, Brinell hardness testing machine, electronic universal testing machine, LEICA metallographic microscope, direct-reading spectrograph and so on. WTB can carry out spectral analysis and wet chemical analysis for each kind of material’s chemical composition; tests for hardness, room-temperature tensile property, high-temperature tensile property, room-temperature impact property, low-temperature impact property, high-temperature creep and rupture property; macro-and micro-structure analysis of materials and macro- metallographic analysis.
    WTB is under auditing process of national class of the central laboratory and will pass CNAC qualification soon.
