WTB’s forging products include thermo and nuclear turbine blades, aero- engine fan blades, low pressure turbine blades, gas turbine blades and TRT blades. Other forging products include mining machinery forgings、aero- casing forgings and disc forgings. Stainless steel, titanium alloy and high-temperature alloy are used for the products.
    The die forging with small tolerance and allowance is applied in blade forgings; moulds and fixtures design is based on self-developed R&D program and 3-D method; Process design CAPP is combined with CAE. Good experience reduced trial of mould on forging.
    WTB is equipped present with SPKA 11200T clutch-operated screw press, SPRZ6300T hydraulic screw press, 2500T and 1600T friction presses. Following the principle of “ Adhering to the national strategy, develop WTB’s production”, A new 35,000T screw press will be installed for the service of China’s energy and aerospace industry in 2011. Besides, WTB possesses also 1250T, 800T and 315T trimming presses and a 3150T new trimming press will be added in 2011.
