Mr. Zhang is mainly in charge of technology of around 40 kinds of products for customers of world-famous companies and main domestic electric companies, most of them are typical and key products for 600MW, 1000WM and nuclear power units.
   Positioned as the director of Machining Process Section of Technical Center, he and his colleagues have solved many technical problems like NC transformation and product diversification. Large numbers of machining technology plans will be fulfilled every year, from dozens to hundreds.

    Mr. Zhang has been engaged in programming for forging process, machining technology, NC programming and has a good understanding in blade manufacturing.
    Through study and communication with foreign experts, he has got a good understanding and sense in the special technology of blade CNC machining and thereby developed many machining programs for blades of new materials and new design. He is well experienced for the application of tools and cutters.

Master of material engineering, senior engineer
    Mr. Li has been engaged in varieties of productions including some typical blades in China like the domestic product forged by WTB with the biggest projection eara, and products made of new material and new technology. In recent years, several articles on blade forging technology have been issued in professional domestic journals and brought great influence in this field.

    As the director of Forging Technology Section of Technical Center, he and his colleagues fulfilled quite a lot of new products forging research with good quality and high efficiency and make great efforts to promote the application of finite element numeric simulation technique in forging process in WTB.

Senior technician
    Mr. Liu, has engaged in the operation of deep grinding machine for 30 years, and has rich experience for creep grinding. He is good at professional ethic and technical skill and made a great contribution on his post. He issued several articles about deep grinding technique in professional journals to provide solutions for many technical problems existed in blade root machining.
    Mr. Liu has trained a lot of fine operators of deep grinding for the company and the whole industry. He’s won titles of “Operation Master” from the company, machine-building industry bureau and municipal government. He also got the title of “Senior- technician with outstanding contributions” of Wuxi City in 2005
