The human resources work of Wuxi Turbine Blade Co., Ltd focuses on the goal of staff training and management. We have set up a unique motivation system and placed emphasis on attracting, retaining and nurturing talents in order to make good use of human resources to create value for the company. Based on improved performance evaluation and strict HRM system, we are endeavoring to improve staff comprehensive skills and optimize human resource structure by offering them motivational remuneration and efficient training plans.     There are about 600 employees in WTB including 90 engineers and more than 130 staffs with college or higher educational background. In addition, more than 70 have got middle or senior professional title and 20 staffs are certified technicians.
