In line with the adjustment of urban industrial distribution and the development of the enterprise itself, the new construction of the company has been started in Huishan District. Through removal and new construction, WTB will complete an overall transformation to a top hi-tech manufacturing enterprise by implementing the project of “manufacturing base for extra-large sized nuclear power unit blades and technical innovation of aerospace forgings” synchronized.
The total investment reaches 1.45 billion RMB. The main constructions consist of group of CNC machining centers workshop, three modern forging production lines equipped with 350MN, 180MN and 80MN screw presses respectively.
    The new factory covers an area of 226,000 square meters and is located in Huishan Economic Development Zone, with Baiqugang River in the east, a planned road in the south, Huishan Avenue in the west and Beihuan Road in the north. The building area of the project is about 130,000 square meters, which will consist of: forging workshops, heat treatment and cleaning shops, machining shops, special process shops and warehouse for production; the comprehensive office building and auxiliary facilities including 35KV voltage transformer station, bathrooms and entrance room etc.
    New management structure will be applied in the newly built company. Our target after the new construction is fulfilled: a first-class high-quality blades and forgings manufacturing firm with excellent equipment, advanced technology, first-class management and reasonable workflow; and with annual sales revenue over 2 billion RMB.
